1 lb. ground beef
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. water, divided
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1 (28oz) can chop suey vegetables, drained
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Chow Mein Noodles
1. In a skillet, brown beef; drain.
2. Dissolve bouillon in 1 ½ c. boiling water; add to skillet.
3. Combine remaining water with corn starch; stir into beef mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
4. Add vegetables and soy sauce; stir and cook about 15 minutes. Serve over rice; sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
