I came home tonight to the yummy scent of dinner coming out of the oven! This 5-ingredient recipe was enjoyed by the family at all age levels.

Source: Southern Living via myrecipes.com
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 (15.5 oz.) can original sloppy joe mix
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
1/2 (30 oz.) package of frozen country-style shredded hash browns (about 4 c.)
2 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 7-10 minutes or until meat crumbles and is no longer pink. Stir in sloppy joe sauce and chili.
Spread chili mixture onto bottom of 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with frozen hash browns.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes; uncover and bake 10 minutes more or until browned and crisp. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
