Yes, sometimes “recipes” are so easy they don’t necessarily require a “recipe.” It is actually more of an idea to spur the answer to “what’s for dinner?” With pork chops, a couple of additional items can make this already great-tasting-meat a little better! Here’s a “kid-approved” idea:
Slow Cooker Super Easy Cooker Ranch Pork Chops
4-5 Pork Chops
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix (the packet of dry mix)
1 can cream of chicken
1 can of water
Mix the seasoning packet, dressing mix and can of water together. I like to put a little of the liquid in the bottom of the crock and then add the pork chops. I pour the remaining liquid on top. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
I have two smaller slow cookers and we often do an “adult” version with a spicy ranch dressing mix. If we have them, I toss in a few prepared sliced jalepeno peppers.
